The Process

How Our AI Board Operates

A clear, accountable process — from question to action. AI advises. People decide.

1

We Ask a Question

Leadership brings a challenge, opportunity, or decision to the board — anything from a program evaluation to a fundraising strategy or governance question.

2

Advisors Weigh In

Each AI advisor analyzes the question from their area of expertise — strategy, governance, fundraising, community, youth development, or communications.

3

Insights Are Synthesized

Eva, our Board Chair, compiles input from every advisor into a concise executive summary — organized, actionable, and ready for human review.

4

Human Leadership Decides

Jerry and the GiveNGo team review, discuss, and make the final call. The AI board advises — our people decide. Always.

5

We Act

The decision is implemented with full transparency and accountability — and the outcome is documented in GiveNGo's knowledge base for future reference.

Transparency by Design

GiveNGo's AI Advisory Board is built on a foundation of transparency and accountability. Here's what that means in practice.

Our Promise

The AI Advisory Board exists to make our leadership team better — not to replace them. Technology serves the mission. The mission never serves the technology.

Human-in-the-Loop

Every AI recommendation is reviewed by human leadership before any action is taken. AI advises — people decide.

Weekly Board Memos

Eva generates executive summaries of all AI insights, which are shared with the live board for review and discussion.

Auditable Records

Every research finding, policy draft, and strategic recommendation is stored in GiveNGo's knowledge base, creating a searchable history of the board's work.

Continuous Improvement

The board's structure and roles evolve as GiveNGo grows. We regularly assess whether the AI advisors are serving the mission effectively.

These AI advisors are inspired by publicly available research, writings, and leadership philosophies of respected industry leaders. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the individuals they are modeled after.
