Jerry Hayes brings 15+ years of workforce development experience to GiveNGo. His focus is direct: connect people who need opportunities with the organizations and resources that can help them. At GiveNGo, he builds partnerships with employers, nonprofits, and educational institutions that create real pathways forward.
Program Director
Rod Burnett
Rod Burnett brings a systems-oriented marketing and program leadership background to GiveNGo. His work focuses on building practical, scalable programs that improve visibility, engagement, and operational efficiency for contractors, small businesses, and workforce-focused initiatives. At GiveNGo, Rod helps develop partnerships, outreach strategies, and community programs that connect people, resources, and opportunities in ways that support sustainable growth and local impact.
